BRAVE 18 Announcement –  Adur vs. Alkhasov  Flyweight Title Championship

Brave Combat Federation will introduce a flyweight championship title during Brave 18. Marcel Adur (14-4-0) from Brazil will face Velimurad Alkhasov (5-0-0) from Dagestan, Russia for the inaugural championship title of the promotion. Adur is undefeated in Brave Combat Federation with three straight wins, all of them coming by way of knockouts. Eleven out of fourteen wins for Marcel came by way of knockouts and he has never suffered a defeat by way of knockout in his entire career.

At the same time, Velimurad Alkhasov is a sambo veteran, former ACB flyweight champion and 2016 Combat Sambo World Champion. Having an undefeated career, Alkhasov made his promotional debut at Brave 14 hosted in Tangier, Morocco. He faced the veteran submission expert, Sean Santella in a bout that went the distance. Alkhasov dominated the veteran who had an impressive experience of 29 fights to win the bout by unanimous decision. 

Brave Combat Federation had recently expanded the flyweight division and had announced that there will be more International stars who will join the ranks of the division. The division already  featured athletes including Jiu Jitsu legend and 10 times IBJJF champion, Bruno Malfacine, IMMAF medalist – Hussain Ayyad, John Cris Corton, Sean Santella, Jomar Pa-ac, Cristian Rodriguez in the division. The bout between Adur and Alkhasov will take place at Brave 18 taking place on 16th November at the Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town, Bahrain during the Brave International Combat Week 2018.
